I just bought some of these speakers on Craigslist and I couldn't find any info on the internet for them. I didn't really pay much for them so I was just seeing what kind of quality level we are looking at here.

Hook them up and see what they sound like to you. All else is of no consequence.

Most speakers with the Kenwood name on them were really cheap crap, but there may have been some exceptions.

Just out of curiosity, what is their size and physical appearance like; floorstanding , bookshelf...???

Thanks Guys,

Yeah the cabinets are in great shape, looked like the old guy never even used them. I got the two floorstanding speakers, a center channel, and two bookshelf speakers for $45 on Craigslist.

I then bought this Denon receiver for $125.00 http://www.amazon.com/Denon-AVR890-7-1-Channel-Multi-Zone-Connectivity/dp/B002AKKFR6

So after I sold one of my old cellphones on CL for $200, I had $30 to spare for speaker wire.

After it was all said and done I thought my System was pretty decent for the money spent.

The two bookshelf speakers are in the same compartement as the tv and the center channel is above the dvr.
