Probably not. First creating a RAID array is a destructive process involving removing all the partitions and (essentially) formatting all the drives. Second is the NAS will almost certainly not use the same file system as your current PC, so that would also require formatting the drives.
What you could do, assuming you get a "good" NAS that supports expansion, is order your extra hard drive, put just that in the NAS, then copy the files from one hard drive to that, then put that hard drive in the NAS and expand the array onto that, then copy another drive's files, expand, and repeat until all the drives are in the NAS.
