Panasonic TC-L55WT50 or TC-P60GT50

I can get the new 55" LED WT50 or 60" PLASMA GT50 for about the same price. My room is fairly brightly lit. I currently have a 5 year Panasonic Plasma and it does fine except for reflections on the glossy screen. Any advice on which one to get? The specs are fairly similar. Really like the look of the LED, but hard to think about giving up 5". Thanks

I would go with the GT50 over the LED, I know the WT looks aesthetically pleasing but you should know coming from a plasma you are getting a better PQ. I am in the process of replacing my 37 inch DT30 with a ST or VT panny.

I'd go with the 60GT50 and hope you don't get one that buzzes a lot. Having said that, I recently saw the 55WT50 in person and I have to say, even for a plasma guy, I was blown away by its black levels and off-axis viewing performance. It was much better than any LED TV I've seen. Wish Panasonic made the WT50 in larger than 55", I would have for sure given it a try, it's just that 55" is too small for our room.

Thanks guys. I was leaning towards the GT for the size also. Was worried about the buzzing problem though.

All plasmas have some kind of buzzing, some audible more then others. If its tolerable then keep it, if not swap it out.
