Pivot point on Prisms

I have purchased two prisms and am going to mount them to a metal plate and then mount them to my ceiling mounted projector. My question is what should I use as the center pivot point to mount the prisms? Should i use the incenter, circumcenter or the centroid of the triangle? thanks for your help.
