This is a great projector. This retails for approx $2000 new. The projector has a newer bulb and was seldom used. I moved from my house to a condo and I dont have the space for my 123" screen so I am selling both items. I dont have the remote but i believe you can use a universal/ I did at least. I do have a manual for it which i down loaded on line from the manufactures website. The ceiling mount is included and I have the box for the mount only.
