2 Room Setup with Logitech Squeezebox Touch

Hello!

We are building a new home and will have master bath inceiling speakers to be installed that terminate wiring to a volume control in the master bath with final termination point in the master bedroom.

My old set up was: Logitech Squeezebox Touch --> Dayton DTA 1 mini AMP (15 Watts Per Channel) to 2 book shelf speakers under the bed (worked perfectly).


My new set up needs: Logitech Sqbx Touch to ----> ??? split somehow ??? ---> #1. bookshelf speaker pair (as above) + 2. volume control (yet to be purchased) to in ceiling speakers.

Obviously, my 15 WPC DTA-1 is not up to the task of driving 4 speakers.

I need something small and cheap where the question marks are that can be always on. The DTA-1 was set at mid volume under the bed, and I controlled volume with the Sqx Touch.

We will have the same music playing in both rooms at the same time, but with volume control (yet to purchase) in the bath, I can turn off the master bath.

I need small & cute (Wife accceptance factor) if I can't hide it under the bed.

The squeeze box touch has all it's outputs live at the same time (from my research)
(Stereo analog (RCA), digital optical, and digital coax output) and I could just get another similar class T amp, but I can't find one that uses digital inputs. I have used a RCA to miniplug adapter for the connection between the Touch and DTA-1.

So what goes in the ??? . Do I split at the Sqzbox using two outputs? , or do I split at the amp?

Any advice would be helpful.

How would I power the speakers? Which one would you recommend

Will I blow something up?

If I do the following:

Logitech Squeezebox to AudioSource AMP 100.

Audiosource AMP 100 to
A. 2 JBL Control Monitor Speakers (8 ohms) in the bedroom and
B. Monoprice MVL 100/Speaker Volume Controller RMS 100W to a pair of Monoprice 6-1/2 Inches Glass Composite 3-Way, Dual Voice Coil, Stereo In-Ceiling Speaker (Pair) - 40W Nominal, 100w Max (MST-63-2K) (8 ohms).

I would then leave both A and B speakers selected on 24/7 and use the AMP 100's auto on off feature when not listening to music.

I would set the AMP 100 to a "comfortable" volume, and control the volume through the squeezebox control for the bedroom.
I would then use the volume controller in the bathroom. If not needing music in the bathroom, just set the volume control to "off" and no music would be heard.
