I am posting this here and in the DIY section in hopes that someone may be able to answer my questions.
Searching through my local Craigslist ads I found this sub and am intrigued by it.

My main concern is the quality of the build which I guess I can figure out when I go to look at although I am not too sure how to tell if it is built strong or not.
My other concern is if the amp he using is adequate for this setup. In the add he is saying it is delivering 1140 watts at 4 ohms, but according to the spec sheet for the amp that does not seems right.

Would anyone be able to guide me in the right direction with this please? I have never really messed with subs that require separate amps so I am not too sure what I am getting myself into here.
