Thanks to Vizio's firmware upgrades my DVD player will no longer play my blu ray movies, just the regular DVD's. I bought this DVD player about 4 1/2 months before, and would prefer a refund from Vizio. Instead I have to ship the DVD player to them, and pay for the shipping. They are replacing it, but only because they still have some of the same models in stock. I was told if they no longer had my model, which is a 2011 wireless, I would be out of luck. Lucky me, I buy a nice blu ray player and got 4 1/2 months use of it.
