Advice for Xbox that is not working

Thread Starter
I believe my house was hit by lightning a few days ago and a bunch of my electronics are no longer working, including my Xbox. When I try to turn it on, it makes the normal beeping sound but I get no picture. I also can't eject my DVD that is in it.

I only bought it last x-mas so I believe it is still under warranty. Is there anything I can do or should I just send it to MS for service? Anyway to get the DVD out first?

Thanks.

Hate to say it, but it's probably completely fried.

Send it to MS for service. Remember, it just mysteriously stopped working. wink.gif
