had good calibration then relocated front left right speakers up to ear level now sounds horrible

Hey guys I have jbl cs6100 speakers and denon avr-790. My last calibration which sounded great full rich sound was done with my font left and right speakers on top of some old bookshelf speakers because i did not have stands yet. Now after putting sattelites on stand at ear level 3ft 8in there is no bass no mids sounds horrible sounds like i dont even have a subwoofer. Also it set crossover for font left and right to 200 and it should be 150 like the rest of my sattelites every other calibration i have done set all sattelites to 150hz . Any ideas how it could sound so much different I am very familiar with audyssey mic placement and speakers are correctly layed out so I dont get it.
