Ack! DVD Recorder Forum's been Lowered

Sniffle...Frantically searching for the DVD Recorders forum tonight. Wasn't in its usual position in the forum listings drop down bar. We've been dumped? No, just lowered down the totem poll. Tears up. We lost our mojo. frown.gif

Maybe they just reordered some things. I *HOPE* it isn't a measure of importance or value, but in reality, given the DVD recorder market these days, can you blame them?

Even the HD-DVD forum is higher in the physical pecking order than we are eek.gif

At least we're not as bad off as the CECB sub-forum. Head over there to hear the crickets chirping!

I guess the Gredywood people (Movie+TV) will be happy, less copies of any OTA/Cable live broadcast. mad.gif In fact, I still don't know why they let Funai to sell their "new" recorders in the first place. confused.gif

That's because most of the people who originally posted there have moved on to other sub-forums - some (more appropriately so) here, but most in the "HDTV" ones, where they cause the older regulars and other HD enthusiasts in them constant headaches with their totally out of place chants of "Kill cable!", and "Subchannels, subchannels, give us more subchannels!".

Yay! I still fell sad when people with a HD DVR (not TiVo), ask everywhere if is there a easy, good & non-realtime way to transfer its favorite shows. frown.gif
