Toshiba 65HT2U - Can it do real 1080p/24? Or is it stuck in Soap Opera mode?

I cannot find an answer online. I despise 120hz. It is horrid. Unwatchable. I want 1080p/60 or 1080p24.

Anyone know if this set can do what I need?

If you still have the owner's manual you'll find the setting on page 51. It's called "clear frame" and is in the advanced picture settings menu. If you've lost the manual you can download it at
Toshiba's website.
