You can say that again. I built a PC with the same PC-Q05 case and DQ77KB motherboard but with Core i5-3450S, 16GB DDR3 and Samsung 830 256GB SSD. It does double-duty as HTPC and virtualization rig. Fastest PC in the house. Thinnest one, too. Really amazing performance given the form factor. CPU stays at 40-52C depending on ambient temp and fan speed is steady at 50% (I think around 1200RPM?). Even at 100% fan speed, it's audible but not what I'd consider annoying. Now that affordable mSATA cards have started to become available retail, I'm strongly considering moving the OS to mSATA and just using the 2.5" slots for virtual machines.
If SATA III 6Gb/s isn't a requirement, the DH61AG would net an additional $30-40 savings. I think I've seen H61-based thin Mini-ITX offerings from Gigabyte and ECS, too.
