Im considering of buying the 3312 only for More watts per ch, what other differences between both?

considering that the 2312 I can buy it for 600$ and the 3312 for 800$ (amazon)

Comparing any of this Receivers In the area of amplifier with a Yamaha RX-V750 which one Its better.

Please any help would be good.

Watts/CH difference will be moot. Make your selection based on a feature need that the 3312CI offers that the 2312CI does not.

With those speakers the 2312 should be fine. As long as it has all the features you want, you really wont need to upgrade to the 3312.

These are all the upgrades to the 3312 from 2312

Dual HDMI outputs that can be active simultaneously
Pre-outs for all channels
Audyssey DSX with speaker terminals for all 11 speakers (however only 7 can be active at once)
AL24+ processing on FL/FR channels for greater 2ch music fidelity
A dedicated PHONO input with pre-amp stage
HD Radio
Ability to scale sources to 1080p/24
Ability to cross-convert analog video signals (e.g. s-video in to component out)

Enhanced multizone / CI capabilities:
--- 3 zones instead of 2
--- Composite video output to Zone 2
--- Ability to send digital 2.0 PCM audio (optical/coax only, not HDMI) to Zone 2/3
--- dual 12v trigger outs

If you don't need any of this stick with the 2312.

These are last years models as the xx13 models are out now. You should be able to get better pricing than that.

Or if you don't mind buying refurbs accessories4less.com can save you a lot of money.

Ditto to this post.

In addition if I recall correctly, the LCD display on the 3312 will show you what channels were input and what was output, while the display on the 2312 will only indicate part of that.

And in subtraction, several of the features above are actually useless. For example "AL24+" is a total hoax even if you had spent the money on the expensive Denon Disc player required to utilize it. The multiple zones is the same thing, as these receivers are poorly equipped to command and control even one zone by 21st century standards, let alone 2 or 3.

The audyssey dsx might be worth it if you want some nice front impact and depth with a little ambience kicked in, otherwise save the $200. But OTOH, if this is a long term investment get what you want and save money in the long term. Getting a little less to save a few bucks sometimes kicks you in the ass because you get upgradeitis sooner than later and end up spending more.

Thinking about picking up that 3312 for 599 and saving the 1000 bucks instead of getting the 4311
