Orbiter

Hi, my 65st50 is in the mail. Arriving any day now.
I was reading the threads on IR.
Does anyone use the orbiter? (i think its called that)
Isn't this used to prevent IR?.

The picture orbiter just slowly shifts the picture around a few pixels, so it might smear any IR image from a bright logo a bit, not much else it can do.
Probably better to just use the screen wipe feature regularly (15min every few days or so as needed)

With Samsung pixel orbiter you can't enable it unless you use 16:9 or 'wide fit' mode,
which applies some overscan to give the pixel orbiter enough room to shift the image around a bit.
Cropping the image is a no no.
