It seems to be mostly interface related. For example; there is no CIE 1931 chart on the CMS page, it just shows the target boxes. If I take readings, nothing appears to happen, but If I go back a page and come back to it, it shows some of the readings (just the numbers, nothing graphical). Also, while I'm able to pull down the menus from the top, it won't let me select or change anything.
I actually have the same problem with CalMAN 5 and my i1D3. I thought it was just a glitch and not important, since my Sony doesn't have a CMS anyway, I didn't care about it.
It was funny to take the reading and have nothing show up in the chart, though.
I have the same exact problem with the lag too. If CalMAN 5 starts lagging severely, I just close up the program and go back in. Then it's OK.
I also did have the X-Rite software installed then uninstalled it when I read ColorHCFR didn't need drivers. (I used to use ColorHCFR until I got CalMAN going on Sunday. But the X-Rite stuff has been uninstalled for a week. ACTUALLY, now that I'm thinking about it... during the CalMAN installation, I got a prompt about installing some X-Rite software. I answered yes to it since I thought it was CalMAN related. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?)
Went to the SpectraCAL forums and it looks like someone else had a similar problem too:

He is using an i1 Display Pro and an i1 Pro Spectro. *shrug*
