I got a letter from Comcast saying I need to upgrade my Cable Modem. It needs to be a
DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

I run a PC on it. Also have a wireless modem and bridge.

What is best Brand to Buy?

Motorola is the most popular. You're most likely to find support for it. I have no idea what you mean by 'wireless modem and bridge' though.
