Looking for a cheap 1080p camera/camcorder option

im looking for a camcorder or digital point and shoot that shoots good 1080p video

it would have to be somewhat good in low light good with fast moving objects..the most i would like to spend is $150 would love to spend less then that..im willing to buy used if i have to because my budget is so small ive looked briefly on ebay and it seems products up to like $250-$300 new i might be able to get for a decent price used

also would love something that i can buy a small flexible tripod for


i really dont know much about this stuff and theres so much out there so i welcome all advice but i really cant go more then $150 and like i said would much prefer to get it for lower

please help me with your recommendations...greatly appreciated

The Samsung HMX-W200 takes surprising good 1080p video for a $95 camcorder:

...but you only get 1x zoom and, from what I've seen, the stabilization is not good. If you're willing to always have it on a tripod, it could work.

This camcorder does do good in low light and is water, shock and dust proof. You can put it underwater.
