Ten Conductor Speaker Wire?

I'm wanting to hookup a sound bar that is around 4-6ft from the receiver. I was looking for speaker wire that already has the necessary 10 conductors encased and found out that Polk sells one,but not sure on price or the size of the wire.
I was also thinking about getting some speaker wire and using some techflex, etc to put in it to give it a better look. Not sure as to what size of techflex to get to put 5 separate runs of speaker cable through. If you guys have any other suggestions, let me know.

You could run 22 AWG wire at that distance.

So get some 22ga wire and wrap it in some sort of braided sleeve?

Well, various manufacturers make 10 conductor cable. The problem is that you might have to buy 500' or more to get it. IIWY I would just use Cat 6 cable.
