Ceiling Speaker Array Setup Question

Hi All - I sort of know the answer here but would appreciate some specific instruction or guidance. I am renovating my new home and plan to have a 5.1 or 7.1 surround in my living room off the kitchen, but also would like to run a series of ceiling speakers on the main floor (2 in kitchen, 2 in living room, 2 in office possible 2 in dining room).

I know running 8 speakers from two channels (or possibly 4 channels using the A+B mode) lowers the resistance for the speakers and amp, and that one needs to know what amp and speakers I would be using in order to answer the "how" to wire it.

At present I have a NAD T763 and a Yamaha HTR-5640 as available amps.

My home theater speakers are all PSB Image series from about 6 years ago :
T5's as fronts, B5's as rears, C5 center, Subseries 200.

I am looking at PSB in ceiling speakers, such as this one:
http://www.psbspeakers.com/products/round-in-ceiling/CW60R-In-Wall-Speaker

But if there is a less expensive and suitable ceiling speaker anyone would recommend, I am all ears.

My question is - can I somehow wire up the living room home theater AND in ceilings from the same amp, such that I can listen to music from all speakers at once (say using the T763's 5 channel stereo function) but then isolate just the 5.1 for watching TV or movies. The T763 has a second zone, so would this help or be possible? Going even further, is there hardware/software that would let me isolate sound in specific rooms using a Sonos-like interface (this is a nice to have, not must)?

If there is an amp anyone would recommend or any direction you can give me, I would appreciate it - I also need help with how to wire everything (once the details are ironed out) so i know if I am running in series, which wire connects to what, etc.)

Thanks all.

I used these for my rear channels: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10837&cs_id=1083701&p_id=4102&seq=1&format=2

And these for my side channels: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10837&cs_id=1083702&p_id=4103&seq=1&format=2

They work great and for the price couldn't be beat.

As for getting the sound distributed, try a speaker selector: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=109&cp_id=10903&cs_id=1090305&p_id=8230&seq=1&format=2

Just wire the speaker selector to your "B" channel.

Some AVRs will not put out Surround sound, when the "B" speaker is engaged, so just keep that in mind.
