Toshiba TV region code setting

Hi,

Does anyone know how to set up Toshiba TV region code?

I have toshiba TV 46TL963G which is from Germany, and I would like to use it in Australia. Because UHF bandwidth is different in Australia and in Europe, my TV could not pick up the digital channels within UHF. So how could I change TV region code from EU to AU?

Looks like LG/SAMSUNG TV is not hard to change region code, how about Toshiba? If is it possbile?

Thanks, I got service menu, but toshiba tv service menu only has the setting for picture/image, includes,
RCUT, GCUT, BCUT, RDRV, GDRV, BDRV, OSRC COOL, OSRC NATURAL, OSRC WARM, OSGC COOL, OSGC NATURAL, OSGC WARM, OSBC COOL, OSBC NATURAL, OSBC WARM, OSRD COOL, OSRD NATURAL, OSRD WARM, OSGD COOL, OSGD NATURAL, OSGD WARM, OSBD COOL, OSBD NATURAL, OSBD WARM, OSRD 3D COOL, OSRD 3D NATURAL, OSRD 3D WARM, OSGD 3D COOL, OSGD 3D NATURAL, OSGD 3D WARM, OSBD 3D COOL, OSBD 3D NATURAL, OSBD 3D WARM.

No more setting could be found.
