BP620 fails to reconnect via WiFi

I've had this player about a month and when first set up, it picked up my WiFi router with no problems (asked for password etc and connected). Now if 'Fails to see network' and menu screen states 'For wireless Network, please install the router', as if there was some extra hardware involved, but not only is this unit supposed to have built in WiFi, it used it when first installed.

I don't have an option on the menu to change any WiFi settings, it's as if the player doesn't know it has WiFi.

I've tried removing the power and 'Initialise'. It came with a firmware update disc from Amazon, because this is a multi-region Blu-ray and DVD and I've tried reinstalling that update too (S/W version: BD.7.392.00.C).

Nothing has changed in my setup, router not moved etc.

Sorry, see this should have been a reply to the official 'thread' and not a new thread, so will post there.

Have you tried resetting your WiFi router?

Your symptom is consistent with the WiFi router not responding to the player's DHCP request.
