Which 3DTV should I get?

Hey everyone, I am looking at getting a 3DTV here coming up soon. I was looking at 2 TV's and I know name brands are more expensive but I was looking at the Samsung 46" ES6500F and the Sony 46" HX750.

Things I am looking for are

1. 3D
2. Smart TV
3. Netflix and Hulu

Was wondering if you all had any opinions on these 2 TV's or any other suggestions. Max budget is $1400.

Considering your main criteria are features, the Samsung will be better in those areas. I know your max budget is 1400 but there are occasional deals where the 7 series drops down to the 1500 mark and is worth the extra cash.

I am actually probably going to be buying this around Black Friday, so the better series are definitely an option.
