Vampires, monsters and LA

I just ordered some bluray discs today (from Amazon);

-- Monsters
- Daybreakers
- Battle: Los Angeles

The last one, is may be the weakest in terms of quality /intelligent film making, but I need a war movie of some importance to show off/ test my hometheatre ;-)

The vampire movie in the middle, is nothing I like to see. I hate vampire movies :-(((
But I had a good look at it on Netflix, thus I HAD to buy it, among many scenes, Will Dafoe "singing" Elvis under an oak-tree, posing just as he did in Hunter this year -- was a "trigger" for me in bying this movie. Mr Dafoe is of same age as me (approx 1955), I admire most of work, one of his best - perhapse as Elias...

The Monsters is a must buy movie. Some very intelligent british people with very good knowledge of digital filmaking team up with two good actors and take their semipro Sony EX3 out in the Mexican jungle. Very good movie!

Any comments ?

PS
Daybreakers -- is this in 7.1 ? That must be rare -- I only find 5.1 in other movies?

PS
Why doesnt us elder folks like Disney movies. I tried to watch "Prince of Persia. The Sands of Time", mainly because I am so interested in that era of Mankind. But I had to give up, this was way to childish" for me...
