Recommended 5.1/7.1 reciever for $400 or less with these speakers?

In the process of purchasing the following components (waiting for good prices):
Fronts: Sony SS-B3000
Rears: Sony SS-B1000
Center: Polk Audio CS10
Subwoofer: BIC V1020 10"

I'm really kicking myself for not grabbing the Yamaha RX-V761 when it went on sale for $350 on Amazon for 1 day... Still considering it though at the higher price. Unless I can get some better recommendations. Network features aren't a big deal to me at all.

I nearly grabbed the 1612 when it was on sale for $199. But the lack of Analog to HDMI was a bit of a turn off, though not a required feature for me, it's still nice. The 1612 still looks excellent for the price. Though I'm willing to spend more for more/better features.

If you don't mind refurbished, there's a Denon AVR-2112CI for $349 plus shipping

There's analog to HDMI conversion, network capabilities, and Audessey MultEQ XT

They also carry the AVR-1912 for $299, with a few less features

I'd recommend the 1612, 1712, or 2112. Not so much the 1912, but it's not BAD either - I just don't think that particular model necessary with the 2112 there. See the Denon xx12 models thread to see the differences. I also recommend buying them refurbed from Accessories4Less. Get the xx12 models and not the xx13, just because the xx13 add basically nothing except (street) price.

Thanks for the tip on Accessories4Less, they seem to have some good deals. I've seen some mixed reviews on the company itself, but overall I guess they are trustworthy.

AC4L has been around over 10 years and very often recommended on AVS Forum for both the refurb and new items they sell. Their warehouse is actually just a few miles from me in fact. As is the case with any reseller, there are going to be some folks who feel they got a raw deal and will complain because they got a defective item which is the fault of the mfr, not AC4L as AC4L simply sells what it receives directly from the mfrs and doesn't do any repair work.
