Alright, I'm going nuts... Should I buy the 55HX750 or a Samsung?? I'm somewhat of a purist and have to admit that the Samsungs are way to Vivid.. I know they can be calibrated, as I have a 55 already.. Great pic, just it doesn't look as real as my KDL46EX640
I'm thinking that I'm stepping up to the HX line and getting even better than my KDL46EX640, is this true??
Please advise... I have read just about everything, and I cant make heads or tails of it..lol

it seems poor black levels are the only real issue with this set



of course, if you can afford it, the Sony HX850 is a better choice

I don't really recommend this years ES series models from Samsung, as they have significant screen uniformity and viewing angle issues, not to mention just average blacks. The EH series models are somewhat better, but too basic for some.
