Noob Question - Integrating KLH Outdoor "Rock Speakers" with a laptop for outdoor audio

I was recently gifted a pair of KLH "Sunset Series" Outdoor "Rock Speakers" model GRN800. They are rated for use with 5-125 Watt equipment, with 8ohms impedance.

I have an outdoor LCD projector that I run off a laptop PC to stream tv and movies to the projector and watch stuff in the backyard with the wife and kids. I've gone through a few sets of powered 'pc" speakers, a few did not have sufficient audio, and I lost one set due to them getting wet.

I thought about using these KLH Rock Speakers but they are designed to be hooked up to a regular received via speaker wire. Does anyone know of an interface that would allow me to connect these to the audio port on a laptop?

Even if I had to buy a small amp, receiver or other middleware box to make the conversion I'd be cool with that. Any tips or advice greatly appreciated!

May not be very good sound still....they're decorative rock speakers....when you do this sort of dressing up of a speaker obviously sound quality isn't the biggest priority. This appears to be one of the better ones from what I googled. You need an amplifier, whether it's a simple amp (assuming you can control volume with your pc), an integrated amp or one incorporated into a receiver it doesn't really matter except to your budget. What is your budget? Do you just have the usual 3.5mm connection on your PC when you say audio port?
