AVR300 was purchased used a while back. Worked perfectly for about a year. Then no sound. Brought it in to authorized dealer to be repaired (switching board failure according to dealer), which I paid for. When I got it back, it went into storage until now. Just hooked it up and I have sound out of front left, front right and center. Nothing out of rears or subwoofer! Mode is set to Dolby 5.1 and Menu 2 Speaker sizes are set to Config 1 (all small, subwoofer present, rears present).
