PSW 110 ?

Just a few days ago my Denon receiver was delivered ,and now im looking about for a woofer.
Was at a local store and came across 2 subs there one was the PSW 110 and the other was the PSW 111 bout were priced at $117 each.

Now my question is,are these a good buy for the price, or would it be recommended to throw some more cash down and go for somthing like the BIC America F12 .

The sub is for a room that's 1800 SQ ft,the actual room is an open plan one that connects with the kitchen, but where the speakers set up is the room diameter i calculated..if that makes any sense:)
