CD/network audio/tuner/USB player with pre outs

I am setting up a dedicated stereo setup. What I have so far

AVA amp
Parasound 2100 pre pro
Salk SongTowers with RT

I have lot of music in MP3(320KPBS) on my NAS. Same with CD's got a load of them.

Okay, I am trying to cram everything into one device.
CD player
Network audio
Radio Tuner
USB player

I came across NAD C446, which is very interesting and has everything with the exception of CD player. I searched avs but looks like no one tried that yet. So, any one ever looked into that, your inputs are well appreciated.
What other options do I have, anyone?
If I go the route of NAD C446, what is the best CD player?

Rip the CDs and have more choices. Check out the Cambridge audio boxes (DacMagic Plus or Stream 6).

I will Rip eventually but like to have an option to play CDs as well.

DacMagic Plus is just a DAC no internet, tuner.
Stream 6 looks good but no Tuner.

How about the Denon DNP-720AE? similar to NAD C446.

It is hard to get all of the features you asked for in a single product. Companies are marketing two separate products to cover what you are asking for.

For example Marantz has a CD player / USB DAC in the SA8004, but the streaming / Airplay / tuner features in the NA7004 network streamer. They both function as USB DACs though. Cambridge has a similar approach.

Many (most?) of current Blu-Ray Players have network (with DLNA client to play music or video from an Upnp source), as well as an USB port for playing stuff off a USB stick or harddisc.
Haven't seen one with a radio tuner, but some might have an option for internet radio. And all of them play CD's.

Folks here seem to rave about the oppo players (haven't used or seen one myself) but would be too expensive for my liking, given you can get all of the above features in a player for less than $100....

Digital audio out (opt/coax or HDMI) is also standard for many.

EDIT: just realised that you are looking for dedicated audio setup only - blu ray player's are easier to navigate with a screen of course, so might not be an option for you...

Looks like Denon DNP-720AE covers most of my needs except for the CD/DVD player. I am leaning towards Denon DNP-720AE with a separate CD/DVD player.

Any owners of Denon DNP-720AE have any inputs/comments?

Back to square, now I am contemplating between Denon or the Logitech Touch with a separate tuner. Ideas anyone?
