Sorry to rant but I HATE dance by and large.

You better hide that copy of Showgirls.

Yeah that's more likely to appeal to me than pure Dance.

I can't speak for the rest of the world but in the UK, most men prefer drinking with their mates and talking about Football whilst the women Dance around their Hand Bags with their girl freinds. In other words most men in the UK don't like Dancing. If they do Dance its either their wedding night so its expected at least once, or they are on a promise if they Dance with the missus. smile.gif

Watching others, well that depends. Watching a couple prancing around a Dance Floor is about as exciting as watching paint dry for me.

It's hard to believe, but the Panasonic exclusive copies of Avatar 3D are still selling on eBay for $40+. While that is about half of what they were selling for a month ago, it is still amazing to me that people would pay that much (often for a used copy) when they could just preorder from Amazon for $30 and have a new copy in about 6 weeks. I had been waiting for the eBay prices to get down to less than $50 (I refuse to pay more than that for it), but that never happened until the general release pre-orders became available. I have waited 2 years, so I can wait another 6 weeks.

I will not be purchasing this until it hits the bargain bin or the price is in the teens. It has been so long that is no longer a want. Pretty much the same as the Dreamworks exclusive movies for me. Only have the Shrek movies because my brother in law bought two tv's and gave me the other voucher and have HTTYD because I needed some glasses and found a good deal on the package.

Strange reaction from people on this forum. People willingly pay $50-60 for it on ebay. Many more will pay $30 for it from reputable sellers.

Maybe they've forgotten how awesome the 3D is?

Doesn't mean that much. It's been out for a long time. Some even paid, what, north of $150 for a copy at one point? If you can wait it out, you'll save some money. I'll wait a bit to see what happens after release. Sure it was good, but I already have the BluRay, too...

Yes, I almost forget the 3D effect. Maybe the limited edition can bring me back.

Actually love watching 3d movies on my 82" Mitsubishi. Just was not willing to shell out the large sums that these exclusives were going for earlier. I buy movies all the time at or near release. The thing with the exclusives is that I have already seen them multiple times by the time they hit the shelves. So...... it has been two plus years, I agree "Meh" If a bargain comes around I will pick it up though.
