There are some mfgr events Friday that conflict, but we'll plan on stopping by (2)

It seems like that catches a lot of people out every year. It would almost be better to do the party on Sat night, but I think a lot of people take off after the show that day.

I am trying to stay optimistic about attending. I will probably decide at the end of the week.

Count me in as always! I think this is the same location as last year.

As far as party conflicts, it's always going to happen. There's only so many nights of CEDIA, and lots of parties. Hopefully, it works out same as last time, where we can do the AVS party, and then walk over to the CEDIA after-party (usually with the Runcos) for more fun.

If you did it Saturday night, it'd conflict with the CEDIA banquet.

The show is only 3 days now ending late saturday afternoon and exhibitors have to break down saturday evening. Many non exhibiting attendees leave on Saturday. Friday is the most logical date for a party and that's why many vendors plan their party for Friday night. Also given that many attendees arrive late Thursday night or early Friday. So I think Friday is the best day for a gathering. Its the type of event that one can show up anytime from 7PM to 10PM. If you come late, you have probably eaten and drank earlier anyway. Just my independent views as an attendee. See you there..

I hope that I can make it. I'm not sure what commitments I will have professionally at the show, so I'm a definite "maybe".

I just got registered for the expo and booked my hotel, so count me in.
