AVSForum CEDIA EXPO 2012 PARTY INFO! - Page 2

Does anyone know the cost at the door? I'm now able to attend Friday evening to "browse" but not sure if it's worth stopping by. I'm only 5 minutes away.

For the party? There's no cost.

For the expo...

depends on your affiliation, datguy. As you may know, the CEDIA Expo is only open to industry professionals. The general public is not able to get in.

The AVS party is open to everyone, though. Typically, people to attend the AVS party that aren't able to get into the Expo.

Hi,
Any enthusiast wanting to attend the expo but don't have the pass pm me. I registered my friend to go to the expo along with me, but he just opted out today due to other commitments. So i have his registration form with me. The only thing to know is you will be getting the badge at the kiosk on his name after scanning the form.
I live 45 minutes from the convention center. and am planning to attend either Friday evening or Saturday and probably spend 5 hours or more.

Maybe next year you could work out a deal with a few more sponsors? I'm thinking Hooters and Bacardi(Grey Goose)! AVS would be the life of CEDIA party scene for sure...

Has any one visited NAD booth. ANy news from them on M15HD2 and M25? Sorry, if this was not the correct thread to post this. You are my best bet to get the info. Thanks in advance.

Is parking free at the tavern?

Yes, as long as we don't fill their lot.

Thanks AV Science, and all the sponsors for the party. Laurie it was great to see you again this year, and nice to meet Mark as well. The schedule was so compressed this year and it seemed like everything was Friday night. We had to leave early but we really enjoy seeing our AVS friends each year. Thanks again. Much appreciated!
