Marantz 7007 or Denon 4311

Any advice would be appreciated. Im about to purchase a new HT speaker system consisting of rf-7 ii, rs 62, rc64 and two svs 12 plus subs. Both receivers are roughly the same price but I am torn between the Denon model which states 140 watts per c vs the Marantz 125 watts. Anyone own either of them and have any advice. I have been told that the rf - 7 speakers need more power than the rf 82s I had been looking at. Thanks

4311CI hands down choice as it is 9.2 and uses the far more advanced version of Audyssey MultEQ XT32 vs. only XT on the 7007. A few of the current 4311CI/A100 owner's posting in the Owner's thread came from the older AV7005 and indicate a marked improvement.

wattage is amoungst the last specs you should be looking at... however, the 4311 will handle those speakers with no issues...

I think Marantz is just plain STUPID for not offering a new pre/pro without XT32.

Just how many of these do they think they'll sell to people who haven't already bought an AV7005?
