Started with a few now there's about 50 or so on screen. Appears to be green stuck pixels but for so many of the same color? Could it be the color wheel
Stuck pixels are always a defective DLP chip when referring to a DLP TV. I have seen white dots and black dots but never green. Your set must have a lot of dust and/or smoke film.
I would call Samsung customer support. They may offer a one time free of charge repair.
Mitsubishi sometimes offers a parts and/or labor coverage for this problem as well. Edited by EG3 - 8/16/12 at 5:27am
