LG 50PM670S VS LG 50PA6500

Hi, I'm considering the purchase of an LG 50PM670S or an LG 50PA6500. I can not find much information on them.. so, I ask you to help me in choosing. What should I buy? The prices are very similar. I am very interested in image quality, and not the 3D. What do you buy? Thank you.

I had the same choice and if you are not going to be using 3D, go with the PA6500. The PM6700 is higher priced for the 3D and SmartTV features. Otherwise the sets are very similar. I've read varying reports that the PQ is better on the PA6500 if you are only going to be using either set for non-3D viewing....someone with a higher level of knowledge on this can chime in if they wish. Love my PA6500!

Thanks for your response. If the PQ is better on the PA 6500, I'll buy it!
I'll not use 3D ... Smart TV may be a little interesting ... but I can live without it! smile.gif .

I found the 50PM670S 50PA6500 at the same price, but in the end, after watching them both, I bought the 50PA6500!
It 's wonderful and I am very satisfied with the purchase! biggrin.gif

The smart tv feature is a waste of money unless you do a lot of movie streaming. Other than that, it's worthless.

I'm glad that I bought a wi-fi blu ray player for barely more than a regular player and saved myself a wad of money on a featured tv.
