Onkyo NR709 vs Denon 2313ci

There's a small chance that I might be able to get a 2313ci for $100 to $150 more. Would it be worth it? I have not really been able to find any direct comparisons ( I know they are 2 different model years ) also AirPlay isn't a big deal cause I'm using an apple tv2.

My setup is going to be:
Pioneer SP-BS21-LR x2 pairs
Pioneer SP-C21
And Polk PSW505

Both models have very similar features to include the same version of Audyssey MultEQ XT, although the 709 provides for a full set of pre-outs. The reliability of the 709 in the long term would be the only real question, otherwise they're fairly comparable models.

Good to know they are comparable. Ya the only reason I am thinking of paying more is the stories I hear about onkyo's reliability. That would be the only reason I would pay more for the denon. Till gotta decide

Ended up getting a great price on the 2313ci so got that. If onkyo was more reliable I would of gone with the onkyo but just reading the past few days it seems the Onkyo has some reliability issues
