This battle is to win over my bedroom and satisfy my wife

I have spent last week narrowing it down and those are 2 models more or less in the same price range.
It is easier to say what I do not like about them because I like a lot of stuff at the same time but I wanted to ask for an expert advise which one to go for.
Samsung UN46ES7500
1. I do not like Samsung because I always had Sony tvs.
2. I do not like the stand design
3. I do not like the idea that camera on the TV connected to internet may be hacked and someone can catch some "action" from my bed room.
4. I do not like that it has a lot of apps which I will probably never use.
5. I do not like that Samsung is selling in a bundle with one of 4 extras, they should lower the price by $299 instead.
Sony KDL46HX850
1. I do not like it is about $100 more expensive than Samsung
2. I do not like it doesn't have any 3D glasses included
3. I do not like the sound is not good
4. I do not like the stand design also.
Please as an expert advise me which one to go for.
I am not a fun of apps and I have a laptop for that, but I like the idea of skype on tv. I saw Samsung in a store and the picture was stunning but I have not seen Sony in the store.
