Do non-motorized, ceiling mounted tv lifts exist? I can't seem to find any. I just want to be able to grab a handle or something and pull it down when I need it.
The reason I ask for non-motorized is because I am in the design process of building a house which will run on 100% solar power. I'm trying to keep power consumption as low as possible.
I am using a 47" LED LCD panel if it makes a difference. It weighs 35lbs.
