Help me decide between these 3 affordable Routers...

Hi gonzo,

As the TrendNet and Linksys are pretty close in the important specs (300 mbps, WPA2 and output power), I'd recommend the Linksys, as it's compatible with DD-WRT.



Unfortunatley, the Asus is limited to 150 mbps.

Cool. Thanks for the info. Here I thought only the Asus was compatible with DD-WRT. I will go with the Linksys then.

is dd wrt over tomato a preference still or is there news in that area?

Good question, not sure about Tomato, I've only had the time to flash to, and use DD-WRT...
