BIC F12 and TX-NR609 not working together

I can't get any sound from my subwoofer.

I've been using the Onkyo TX-NR609 for about a year now with no problems. I recently purchased my first subwoofer, the BIC America F12.

In addition to the BIC F12, I have a pair of JBL L810's for front left/right and the LC2 for a center channel.

Current receiver settings (Speaker Setup > Speaker Configuration)

Subwoofer: Yes
Front: 100Hz
Center: 100Hz
Surround: None
Front High: None
Surround Back: None
Surround Back Ch: -
LPF of LFE: 100Hz
Double Bass: -

Current subwoofer settings (Back Panel)

Power: Auto (green light is on)
Phase: 0 degrees
Volume: 4
Crossover Frequency: 100Hz
Connected to receiver via digital coaxial cable (orange)
Receiver Type: 5.1, 6.1, 7.1 Receiver

Help me please! I got the subwoofer in the mail the day before my two week vacation and have been looking forward to setting it up... this is killing me, lol.

My friends BIC V1220 had one of the speaker wire leads disconnected from the driver. We pulled the driver and found the problem instantly.

Alternately take the digital coax cable out of the subwoofer output jack and put it in left channel jack just to see if you get any sound from that out.
Do you have a cable to swap to make sure your cable is good?

Aware. Glad you found the problem and resolved it.
