I'm putting together my home theater right now, and just need a good suggestion for a nice 1080p projector.
I will be running around a 30 ft. HDMI cable to my AVR unit in my media closet.
The projector will be approximately 16-17 ft. from the screen, and around 10-15 inches higher than the screen as well in a soffit in the back of the dedicated home theater.
My budget was under $1500, (hence why I picked the 8350...) but now has increased to $2500 or so.
Is there a better projector out there that I can get for that price range?
I will primarily be using this for HD TV and movies with a little gaming (XBOX360) every once in awhile too.
