Where is the place to download USB-UIRT .IR files?

I'm changing cable boxes and I need an .IR file to control channel changing for the SA 4250HDC. I recall there was some place where a variety of .ir files for various STBs were uploaded, but I can't find it now. They are not on the USB-UIRT web site or in the download area of the SageTV forums.

This is for SageTV 7. The existing file is located here: C:\Program Files\SageTV\Common\RemoteCodes\USB-UIRT Transceiver
The current file is SA8300hdc.ir.
The first two lines look like this:

I'm not sure if this is the site you were talking about, but RemoteCentral is my go-to place for IR codes:

Failing that, actually using the USB-UIRT to capture the IR sequence from the appropriate remote is pretty straightforward.

Also realize that just about any Cisco or SA codes will work. Your model uses Panasonic protocol, device 27, a code that's been around for a very long time and is used in a lot of cable boxes. I don't know anything about the USB-UIRT files, but those codes look a lot like pronto hex.

I didn't find any files, but I was able to create it using the USB-UIRT LRNHELPER.EXE program. Here is the SA4250HDC.ir. file contents in case anybody else needs them:
