Sleeping Dogs

Didn't see a thread for this game. This game is simply amazing. Definitely does a lot of things much better than games like GTA & Saints Rows.

The combat system is awesome with great physics. The driving is fun.

Square Enix has a sleeper hit on their hands. Hopefully more people will give this game a shot

my friends can't stop raving about the game. really wish it got some more press.

I've bought a lot of games lately but I'll definitely keep this one in mind.

I just got the game today, and so far it is outstanding, this will definitely hold me over till borderlands 2

Man this game is just plain fun. Using the environment to beat up thugs. Great graphics, great story line.

Some of the stuff you can do, just make you smile when you pull them off.

Kinda iffy on this, looks cool but with older graphics. Got it on my rental q though.

This game rocks. Rented from Redbox on Saturday and still haven't returned it. Actually debating buying it even though I'm close to done with the main story. Can't think of a single complaint other than the main story seems a little short, but there is plenty else to do. Fighting is great and I actually find the graphics to be pretty good.

Yeah saw you were playing that and was wondering what it was, never heard of it.

BTW, demo just came out today (good timing lol) if anyone wants to check it out... just added to my download queue

Best way to describe it is its like GTA with Batman fighting. Missions are entertaining and the collectibles are much better than searching for pigeons. Just a nice change of pace game.

Wei Shen is a bad .... There's so much stuff to do outside of the missions.

Love the Fight Clubs

I've got this on the 360 and PC. Both are great but the pc's texture pack makes this game look like one of the best on the market. 360 version's visuals are pretty ho-hum but it is still lots of fun. It would be fun to be able to co-op with a buddy though.

Game is awesome. I started on the 360 (Redbox) then bought it for the PC. It's great on both systems though the PC looks better of course. There's demo out now for anyone who wants to try it.

Just finished the main story. Great game...nice to find a gem that you're not expecting. Really surprised this flew under the radar considering how good it was. Highly recommend giving it a shot if your a fan of GTA or Saints Row.

Am I going to end up spending hours simply screwing around and killing people or will I actually lock in on the story? That's GTAs downfall to me personally. I never get far in the story, get sidetracked way too easily. All it takes is one poorly timed accident during a mission and then it's two hours of rampage.

This game is much more straightforward. I pretty much stuck to the main missions and finished in 15 hours with a couple side missions mixed in. Aside from getting guns during missions you don't really have access to them otherwise. Most of the screwing around in GTA involved guns for me. There are races, dates, and other side missions but they're easy to skip.

I used firetrucks, ambulances, and whatever other wheeled contraptions I could muster. Hours of demo derby!

Just to give everyone a heads up, this game is on sale for pretty cheap on XBL this weekend. I picked it up and plan on getting Deus Ex, since it is only $15 too.

Thanks! I've been wanting to get it, and couldnt pass up the $20 price tag.

The have a lot of D/L content. Anything worth buying?

I didn't get any of the DLC while it was on sale, because I still have several games that I need to finish and probably won't work too hard on this game for the next couple months. By then, I will want to be wrapping up everything I have in anticipation of GTA V, and then I'll most likely be moving to the next gen Xbox. I did play this game for about 2 hours and am really liking it so far, it was a good buy.

I liked the demo. It is acting as a GTA filler for me as well, since it was delayed.

Just bought this on Steam for $10. Have to say the game looks really nice on PC with the HD texture pack installed and runs great!

I'll be impressed if GTA V can match these graphics though I expect their game world to be much bigger.
