Do you need to add a VHF antenna? Is ABC on RF7?

First, where is your antenna located?

ABC and PBS in the Sacramento area require a high-VHF antenna. The C4 is a medium-to-long range UHF antenna but is fairly blind on high_VHF.

Antennas Direct makes a simple VHF add-on for their C2 antenna that can easily be installed on a C4. Just swap out one of the stock reflectors and rewire it. While not optimally located, it does well enough for most folks for up to medium range high-VHF antenna and avoids either the expense or the physical size of a second or larger combo antenna. Look for it under Accessories > Reflectors on their website.
