Finally decided to build an HTPC - Please advise

The main purpose of the htpc is to play anime fansubs, watch stream sites including Netflix and play FLAC files.
Eventually, I'll start to rip some of my DVD's but I have no plans for Blue-Ray.

CPU - Intel Pentium G620 Sandy Bridge 2.6GHz
Motherboard - ASRock H61M/U3S3
Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
PSU - Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D Green 380W
Case - nMEDIAPC Black Aluminum / Acrylic / Steel HTPC 5000B Micro ATX Media Center / HTPC Case
SSD - Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III
Hard drive - SAMSUNG EcoGreen F4 HD204UI 2TB
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM
Remote - FAVI Entertainment Wireless Keyboard (Built-in TouchPad/Laser Pointer) - Black
Already bought Assassin's paid guides.

Is there anything I should be aware of with these choices or are there better choices? Any help would be appreciated.

This sounds just fine. I'd make one suggestion, though. You only need a 64 GB SSD for your OS and software - are you going to run more than 7mc and XBMC, or something like that?

Personally I disagree about the SSD. Plainly the "sweet spot" on SSD pricing is the 120/128GB. The price increase is only $20-30, the $/GB is much cheaper, the speed will be higher, the longevity improved, and you simply don't have to worry about what you put on it. The prices have come down so far that it's more cost effective to buy a 120/128GB drive. I won't buy anything smaller these days.

I got the 64GB SSD in my HTPC a year ago for about $65 AR. If I were sourcing now I'd go 120 GB for $90 for sure. Not going to replace the one I have though.

I debated this with myself and I don't really plan to run much more than a media browser as you said; but with the current price point, I felt that @$40 for about double the space was justifiable.

I'm not replacing the 64s I have either, but at least since late last year I've only been buying larger ones. For my main HTPC I paid $140 for a 64gb Plextor M2 about 16 months ago. For a desktop build about 3 months ago I paid that same $140 for a 180GB Intel 330. When I bought the 64, a 128GB Plextor would have cost me over $300, which was simply excessive, but now really good 128s can be found almost every day for under $100 which makes them the right choice.
