Hi all,
I just brought the Sony HTSS380 home theater system and tested it. Everything seems to be good except I can't really feel the bass coming out of the sub woofer. I set the Bass to level 3 (max 6) and sub woofer to 3db (max 6) as well.
My brother has a Logitech x230 and I can feel the bass. Now, I am wondering if I got a bad system or is this normal. I am thinking about a refund.
Any comments?
