Just as well. If you had a half million $$ to throw at this, you'd still want the cheapest fiberglass that Home Depot offers. Better LF bass isolation than mineral wool. Per the NRC data.

Ted, looking at my link provided on the first post, about how much would I be looking at doing the work myself? Talking about removing the drywall on the 2 interior walls and doing double stud with clips and channel and double drywall with green glue. I dont know about the ceiling.......

Hard to answer what the total cost might be if you did it. Damping will run about $0.55 a square foot. Clips are less than that. Can't say what labor might be, as well as the cost for local materials like drywall, etc.
