What type of condition were they in? I'm thinking about buying a KEF Q300 pair, and the KEF 200c.

Ordered my Marantz receiver from there. Like a previous poster said, if I didn't know better I'd have thought it was new. Plan on ordering some KEF speakers from there in the next few weeks. As far as refurbished stuff goes. My LG tv, Dell laptop, Marantz receiver, and Harmon Kardon AVR635 are all refurbs and have been going strong since day one. Might not be everyone's experience but I've had good luck with it so far...

I have had excellent luck with refurbished as well. When you can save 40-60%+ off the list price and still get a 1 year manufacturers warranty, it is a worth chancing it.

I sent them an email regarding the issues and they immediately emailed me a FedEx shipping label. As soon as they received notice that I had shipped the defective unit they shipped me a replacement.
