The nod goes to the 509 which uses Audyssey 2EQ auto speaker calibration while the 414 has no such feature.

Yeah, the Audyssey 2EQ speaker cal. is the main thing I see that separates the two.
And it seems like the 509 has a prettier front panel display..lol
